I am the founder of Cornerstone Church. This ministry exists to unveil the limitless power of Christ Jesus and equip a generation for victorious living.
I started the ministry in 2018 under the name Gathering of Believers. Nothing but a word from the Lord and a room full of hungry people.
Over the years I've watched God do what only God can do. Marriages restored. Addictions broken. Bodies healed. Destinies unlocked. I've learned that when the Word is preached under the unction of the Holy Spirit, nothing stays the same. That's the only kind of service we're interested in.
In 2023 the Lord released us to return to Zimbabwe. We didn't come back the same people who left. Cape Town was the forge. Zimbabwe is the assignment. We planted Gathering Of Believers International here in Chitungwiza and watched it take root in the soil of home.
Then came 2026. My spiritual father gave me a word that shifted everything. Prophet Givens Chizenga became Bishop Givens Ford. The ministry became Cornerstone Church. Same fire. Same mandate. New wineskin for a new season.
The move to Cape Town in 2016 wasn't about geography. It was about alignment. I needed to be shaped before I could build. Those seven years taught me how to hear God clearly and obey Him completely. I wouldn't trade that season for anything.
Returning to Zimbabwe in 2023 felt like a homecoming in my spirit. The soil of my birth was calling. We planted the Zimbabwe branch in Chitungwiza and watched God move in ways I'm still trying to process.
Then in 2026 my spiritual father spoke a word over me that changed the trajectory of everything. He said I had been a prophet to the people but now I would be a Bishop. A father. A cornerstone. I received it. The name changed. The ministry name changed. But the fire is the same.
We are not chasing crowds. We are chasing His presence. And I'd love for you to walk this journey with us.
